Moving Oklahoma forward in a positive direction.
My wife Maggie and I have been married for twenty-three years. I am the insider in this race, I am born and raised in Oklahoma and proud of it, I have passed down the core values I received from my grandparents and together
with Maggie, I pass those values to our three children and five grandchildren. Maggie is an accomplished business woman that travels nationally, for work, yet remains a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
For thirty-four years, I worked with Ford Motor Company at the Tulsa Glass Plant and was ultimately appointed by the National Ford Department to be UAW Benefits Representative. Prior to that appointment, I was elected President/Chairman of the UAW Local 1895. For the past six years, I have been a Human Resources Labor Specialist for Spirit AeroSystems in Tulsa. Finally, for the past twenty-one years, I have taught the future of Oklahoma as an adjunct professor of Business and Human Resources classes at Tulsa Community College.
My desire is to serve the state I love and all citizens, no matter your party. My philosophy is that we can find common ground but that both sides must endeavor to find an understanding among one another.
I will work to invoke the core values of collaboration, inspiration and transparency which are critical to serve the people of Oklahoma.
